Leo Burnett Hong Kong has named Michael Tam as associate creative director.
In his position, Tam takes the helm of the agency's user experience team, spearheading all user experience projects and e-Commerce tasks. He is also group head for digital, working across agency-wide clients including P&G brands and new business pitches.
The appointment is made amid Leo Burnett's transformation into a digital-driven agency.
Tam comes from a creative agency background, working across DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi and BBDO. He joins Leo Burnett from teaching assistant for user experience at General Assembly.
"It's not very often that a 4As agency would make such an investment to be truly digital ready," Tam told Marketing.
"We've built our own technologies for the technology development team in Leo Burnett. The team has transformed our seasoned retail division into an e-commerce and digital team. It reflects truly forward-thinking approach to user experience."
