XM APAC sees another senior exit with Vince Lui’s departure

After close to 14 years, Vince Lui (pictured), regional director at XM Asia Pacific has left his role. Friday will be his last day at the agency, sources have confirmed to Marketing.

Lui was behind the development of XM Asia to be Adobe's leading partner in Southeast Asia. He also headed up the  consulting unit of XM that consists of technology consulting, web analytics, and Information Architecture and User Experience practice.

Earlier last month, Paul Soon also left his role as CEO of XM and was replaced by Nanda Ivens who most recently served as the CEO of XM Gravity.

Lui began his technology consulting career in Citibank's Asia Pacific technology group, responsible for rolling out key digital platform initiatives such as secured electronic document management and intranet portals development. Prior to joining XM, he worked at Ion Global as senior associate, technology, managing and implementing enterprise content management systems.

In his stint, he has worked with clients such as MasterCard, VISA, DBS, CIMB, Great Eastern Life, Maxis, Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways, Tiger Airways, HP, Nokia, Seagate Technology, Chanel, Johnson & Johnson and others.
