DigitasLBi has promoted Pipa Unsworth to the position of chief product officer.
The global role sees Unsworth take ownership of DigitasLBi’s product strategy and the development of its proprietary technology platform Marketing Cloud.
Reporting to global chief executive Luke Taylor and chief strategy officer Alan Davies, Unsworth will be responsible for driving client adoption of the agency’s Marketing Cloud solutions across its entire global footprint, which spans 40 offices in 25 countries.
“Pipa has been a part of our leadership team for many years, successfully embedding new service offerings and strategic programmes across international offices. With her combined consulting, marketing and product experience she is uniquely positioned to forward the development and deployment of our Marketing Cloud across our key clients,” said Taylor.
Unsworth joined LBi in 2007 to establish the agency’s planning team before moving into a development role to create and lead the global rollout of its CRM capability. She was also charged with defining DigitasLBi’s global alliances strategy before moving into the product role last year.
