
A week after the launch of a teaser campaign announcing the establishment of Mrs. Wong’s Academy, ParknShop has unveiled the first episode entitled ‘Psychology Class’ yesterday.

The idea of Mrs. Wong's Academy highlights the iconic character of Mrs. Wong – her high standards, stringent processes and values, which also symbolize the values of ParknShop.
Supermarket staff are educated and trained at the academy so to continue Mrs. Wong's legacy – that is to provide the best quality at the best value to ParknShop customers.
This particular TVC entitled ‘Psychology Class’ highlights how ParknShop provides consumers with the best price through its "price watch" pledge. ParknShop is so committed in providing their customers the lowest price that should, in any case, customers find any items that have been "price watched" in their district at a lower price, the supermarket chain will rebate them two times the price difference.
In this TVC, our lecturer teaches the class that the best way to see the real deal in people is by looking into their eyes. The theory is put to test. A handsome charmer walks in front of a group of busy female customers, and yet the women don’t' even bat an eyelid.
The TVC is the first of five episodes featuring a variety of professors and lectures. Who's next?
